We appreciate your interest in our online shop. Protecting your privacy is very important to us. Below, we provide detailed information about how your data is handled.

1. Access Data and Hosting

You can visit our website without providing personal information. Each time a webpage is accessed, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider (access data), and documents the access.

These access data are analyzed exclusively for the purpose of ensuring the smooth operation of the site and improving our services. This serves to protect our legitimate interests in the proper presentation of our offer pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. All access data will be deleted at the latest seven days after your visit to the site ends.

2. Data Processing for Contract Execution and Contact Requests

2.1 Data Processing for Contract Execution

We collect personal data for contract execution in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR if you voluntarily provide it as part of your order. Mandatory fields are marked as such because we require this data to process the contract, and without it, we cannot complete your order. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms.

For more details about how your data is processed, particularly regarding sharing with our service providers for order, payment, and shipping purposes, see the subsequent sections of this privacy policy. Once the contract has been fully executed, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after the retention periods required by tax and commercial laws have expired, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR or we reserve the right to further use data, which is legally permitted and about which we inform you in this policy.

2.2 Customer Account

If you have given your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR by deciding to open a customer account, we will use your data for the purpose of creating the account and storing your data for future orders on our website. You can delete your customer account at any time by contacting us via the method described in this privacy policy or using a function provided for this purpose in your customer account. Upon deletion of your customer account, your data will be deleted unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR or we reserve the right to further use data, which is legally permitted and about which we inform you in this policy.

2.3 Contact Requests

We collect personal data to process your inquiries pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR if you voluntarily provide it when contacting us (e.g., via a contact form or email). Mandatory fields are marked as such because we require this data to process your request. The specific data collected can be seen from the input forms used. After your inquiry has been fully processed, your data will be deleted unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR or we reserve the right to further use data, which is legally permitted and about which we inform you in this policy.

3. Data Processing for Shipping Purposes

To fulfill the contract pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR, we pass on your data to the shipping service provider tasked with delivering your order, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the ordered goods.

4. Data Processing for Payment Processing

4.1 Data Processing for Transaction Processing

Depending on the selected payment method, we pass the necessary data for processing the payment transaction to our technical service providers acting on our behalf, the instructed financial institutions, or the selected payment service provider, as necessary for payment processing. This serves to fulfill the contract pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR. In some cases, the payment service providers collect the data required for payment processing themselves, e.g., on their own website or via an integrated payment process. The privacy policy of the respective payment service provider applies in such cases.

For questions regarding our payment processing partners and the basis of our cooperation with them, please contact us using the details provided in this privacy policy.

4.2 Data Processing for Fraud Prevention and Payment Optimization

Where necessary, we provide additional data to our service providers, who process it as our processors for fraud prevention and payment process optimization (e.g., invoicing, dispute handling, support for accounting). This is done pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR to protect our legitimate interests in fraud prevention and efficient payment management.
